Composite descriptives

The charts in this page are composite descriptives about COVID-19 related mobile applications (apps), based on manual analysis results.

The chart legends list the data categories that are appearing in each chart.
Data categories can be switched on and off by clicking on the respective label(s) in the legend.
The actual numbers for each data category on a graph are visible when hovering the data category on that graph.

The following graph shows the share of apps that were identified during the manual analysis as interesting, i.e. worth to examine in more detail (for example, because they are released in the EU, they offer contact tracing functionalities, or specific user data is shared with a third party). The outer ring is for apps published on the App Store (iOS), and the inner ring is for apps published on the Google Play (Android).
